A supplier is one supplier, whatever each system calls it: ACME COMP. in the ERP, Acme Sales in email, Acme Components Ltd in the contract. On day 2 a supplier email claims the delivery will be three weeks late while the ERP still shows it on time: both are kept, each with its source. The planned date on day 4 passes with no delivery, so the claim holds. On day 5 a person decides to expedite part of the order by air, simulated first, and on day 9 the warehouse receives that part. The playhead rewinds to day 2 to show what was known then; it can be moved to any day.

Is Ontheia another application to replace my tools?

No. Ontheia sits underneath the tools you already run. It reads from them, keeps one shared model of the organization, and lets people, AI agents and software act on it.

Over time it can absorb the data and logic of applications that only existed to hold their own copy of the organization, so you can retire them when you choose.

How is this different from a data warehouse or a knowledge graph?

A data warehouse copies data for reporting, and a knowledge graph stores connected facts. Ontheia keeps a governed model of the organization that is reconciled continuously: every fact keeps its source, contradictions are kept rather than overwritten, and rules and decisions are part of the model.

It is built to be acted on, not only queried.

How does Ontheia work with ChatGPT, Claude or our own agents?

Ontheia connects through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). ChatGPT and Claude use it today, and any assistant or agent that accepts custom MCP connectors can use it the same way, including your own.

Your software calls the same capabilities, so every actor works from the same context and the same rules.

Where does the data live, and who owns it?

Your organization owns its model and everything in it. Ontheia is an open system that can run in your own environment.

Every fact keeps its source, so you always know where a piece of information came from and who can rely on it.

What do I need to get started?

An assistant you already use, such as ChatGPT or Claude, and a few minutes. Choose Start my Ontheia and connect it.

Then introduce your organization: connect email, CRM or ERP, and install the domain libraries that fit your work.

Does Ontheia make decisions on its own?

No. Ontheia proposes, people decide. It brings the context, reasons step by step, simulates options and shows their consequences.

Decisions are recorded with who took them and under which authority, and a new rule applies only once someone accepts it.
