Which edition do I need?
Ontheia for Agents is for developers: one person, many Agents, each with its own identity, sharing one Semantic Space and connected through MCP or the API. It is free and in early access today.
Ontheia for Organizations is for teams: many people and Agents sharing one understanding of the organization, governed across teams, roles and Domains. It is a planned, paid edition. Both run on the same core and the same ontology principles.
What is a Semantic Space?
A coherent ontology environment: typed entities, relationships, evidence, rules, Methods and executable Capabilities, shared by every Agent that works in it. It can describe any domain; it does not have to be an Organization.
Definitions persist across sessions and harnesses, and every fact keeps its source and its time.
Is this memory for chatbots?
No. Memory keeps what was said. A Semantic Space keeps typed, reconciled definitions with their evidence, and the Capabilities and Methods through which an Agent may act, under that Agent's own roles and permissions.
How does Ontheia work with ChatGPT, Claude or our own agents?
Ontheia connects through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). ChatGPT and Claude use it today, and any assistant or agent harness that accepts custom MCP connectors can connect the same way.
Each Agent has its own identity, so what it may do depends on its own roles and permissions, not automatically on those of a person.
Where does the data live, and who owns it?
You own your Semantic Space, and an organization owns its model, with everything in it. Ontheia runs today as a hosted service in early access; self-hosted deployment is planned.
Every fact keeps its source, so you always know where a piece of information came from and who can rely on it.
What do I need to get started?
For Ontheia for Agents: an assistant or agent harness that accepts MCP connectors, and a few minutes. Choose Connect your assistant and follow the steps for Claude, ChatGPT or any other assistant.
Ontheia for Organizations is not available yet: the film and the procurement and executive walkthroughs show where it is heading.
Does Ontheia make decisions on its own?
No. Ontheia brings the context, reasons step by step and shows the consequences of the options. An Agent acts only through Methods, under its own roles and permissions.
In an organization, decisions are recorded with who took them and under which authority, and a new rule applies only once someone accepts it.
